How we work

A process built to get you real answers, fast.

No 40-page discovery decks. No months of “alignment calls.” We ask sharp questions, get to a strategy fast, and start building.

Why process matters

Guesswork is expensive.

Skip strategy and you end up with a logo that doesn’t fit your positioning, a site that doesn’t convert, and merch nobody wears. Every step in our process exists to prevent that.

The process.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

We start by listening. Business goals, audience, competitors, what’s worked, what hasn’t. We ask more questions than most clients expect, because the answers shape everything after.

  2. Step 2

    Strategy

Before any design work starts, we build your Brand Blueprint: positioning, messaging, and voice. This becomes the single source every other deliverable pulls from.

  3. Step 3

    Creative execution

Logo, identity, website, merch, campaign assets, whatever the project calls for. Matt leads design direction personally, with specialists brought in as needed.

  4. Step 4

    Build and launch

Websites get built, tested, and shipped. Merch gets produced and delivered. Nothing sits in a “coming soon” state longer than it has to.

  5. Step 5

    Ongoing partnership

Most of our client relationships outlast the first project. Website care plans, merch drops, campaign support, AI Brand Systems. We stay involved because brands aren’t a one‑time deliverable.

What you can expect.

  • A single point of contact for the entire project
  • Clear timelines set at kickoff, not guessed at
  • Strategy before design, every time
  • Regular check-ins, not radio silence between milestones
