How do I know which service I need?
Start with a conversation. Tell us what’s not working, whether that’s your branding, your website, your merch, or all three, and we’ll point you to the right starting place. Most projects touch more than one service anyway.
Do you work with businesses outside Santa Clara?
Yes. We’re based in Santa Clara, CA, but most of our work happens remotely with clients across the country.
What does a first call actually involve?
About 30 minutes. We ask about your business, your goals, and what’s gotten in the way. No pitch deck, no pressure.
Timelines.
How long does a branding project take?
Most brand identity projects run 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. Full brand strategy plus visual identity takes longer than a logo refresh.
How long does a website take?
Custom website builds typically run 6 to 12 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on page count and functionality.
How fast can you turn around merch?
Depends on the product and quantity. Apparel and promo kits usually run 3 to 6 weeks from approved design to delivery. Rush timelines are possible, ask us directly.
Pricing.
How much does branding cost?
It depends on scope. A logo refresh costs less than a full brand strategy and identity system. We’ll give you a real number after a discovery call, not a range pulled from a rate card.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, most projects are structured in milestone payments tied to deliverables.
Is website maintenance included after launch?
Not by default. We offer ongoing website care plans separately so your site stays secure, fast, and current after we hand it off.

Will I work directly with Matt?
Yes. Matt leads every project personally, from strategy through delivery.
What if I don’t like the first design direction?
Every project includes revision rounds built into the process. We’d rather get it right than rush it out the door.
Do you handle both design and production for merch?
Yes. We design, source, produce, and ship. One partner, not a design file handed off to a separate vendor.
